By accessing or using the Services you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate, current and complete information. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Learners under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian to enroll in paid programs.

Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the specified course content for the duration described in the course listing. Sharing your account, recordings or study material with others is strictly prohibited.

Where a course explicitly advertises “Lifetime Access”, access is granted for as long as SkillNet Tamil continues to operate the platform and the specific course remains available. Lifetime access does not oblige us to indefinitely host every asset.

All course videos, recordings, PDFs, presentations, images, code samples, trademarks and branding are the property of SkillNet Tamil or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not download, redistribute, republish, resell or create derivative works without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape or attempt to circumvent access controls
• Record, screen-capture or redistribute live classes and lesson videos
• Use the Services for any unlawful, harassing, defamatory or fraudulent activity
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the platform

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, for maintaining a stable internet connection during live sessions, and for keeping backups of any personal data you upload.

Course fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by trusted gateways including Razorpay. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amount displayed at checkout. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

On successful completion of a course you may be eligible for a digital certificate of completion. Certificates are issued in the name registered on your profile. Certificates are indicative of participation and do not, unless expressly stated, constitute academic or professional accreditation.

We may suspend or terminate your account without refund if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, share paid content, abuse trainers or staff, or misuse the platform. You may also terminate your account at any time via the Account Deletion page.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkillNet Tamil, its founders, trainers and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use and protect personal information across the website and Android app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Karaikal, Puducherry, India.
