Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SkillNet Tamil we strive to provide high-quality online courses, live classes and workshops. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any payment. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- You paid for a course but the batch was cancelled by SkillNet Tamil.
- You paid twice for the same course due to a technical error.
- Payment was deducted but access was not granted within 72 hours and our team was unable to resolve it.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- You changed your mind after enrolling.
- You are unable to attend live classes for personal reasons.
- You have already accessed lesson videos, downloaded course material or joined a live session.
- You violated our Terms & Conditions and access was revoked.
- Promotional or scholarship-based enrollments where paid amount is nominal.
3. Duplicate Payments
If you have accidentally paid twice for the same course, contact us with the payment references within 7 days. The duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method after verification.
4. Failed Payments
If your payment fails but the amount is debited from your bank, it is typically auto-reversed by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 working days. No action is required from us. If the reversal does not happen, share the transaction reference and we will assist with reconciliation.
5. Technical Issues
If you cannot access a course due to a technical issue on our platform, please write to skillnettamil@gmail.com. Our team will resolve the issue within 72 hours. If the issue is not resolvable, a full refund will be processed.
6. Exceptional Refunds
In genuine hardship cases (medical emergencies, bereavement, etc.) SkillNet Tamil may consider a partial refund at its sole discretion. Requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documents within 7 days of enrollment.
7. Refund Timelines
Approved refunds are initiated within 3–5 working days. The refunded amount will reflect in your bank account or original payment source within 5–10 working days depending on your bank and Razorpay's processing time.
