We use Google Play Services, Firebase, Firebase Cloud Messaging and Google Analytics on our Android app. Each of these services has its own privacy policy and processes data under Google's terms.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. When you delete your account, personal identifiers are removed from active systems immediately and purged from backups within 30 days. Anonymized invoice, payment and accounting records may be retained for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law.

You can delete your account any time from the Account Deletion page, from the Profile section in your dashboard, or by emailing skillnettamil@gmail.com.

Some of our trusted service providers — including Google Services, Supabase and Razorpay — may process data on servers located outside India. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place through the provider's standard data-processing agreements.

SkillNet Tamil never sells, rents or shares user data with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use your personal information for third-party advertising.

If a minor enrolls in a course, consent from a parent or guardian may be required where applicable.
